Alloy scaffold hook modified for rescue.
Special gate modification auto locks and prevents incorrect attachment to the casualty when used with rescue reach pole.
Without the modification, the hook can easily cross load which reduces the strength significantly.
Double action stainless steel gate, one handed operations for simplicity and speed.
Can be used with heightec Rescue Reach Pole, which is a core component of heightec’s rescue systems:
- RescuePack Reach – for recovery of a suspended person by lifting/lowering. The RescuePack Reach is the most simple yet versatile award winning self contained dedicated fall arrest rescue system available. Designed to recover a suspended person from almost any fall protection system by lowering or lifting.
- RescuePack TC Tower Crane Rescue System – for recovery from a tower crane cab, jib or ladder by lifting or lowering. The RescuePack TC Tower Crane Rescue System is designed to rescue a fallen person or casualty at high elevation.
Also available:
heightec’s alloy scaffold hook without the modification for rescue. heightec’s alloy scaffold hook is a core component of the ELITE and FLEXOR energy absorbing twin lanyards. The ELITE twin lanyard arms are made from patented high twist rope, a new design which virtually eliminates the kinking which occurs with normal kernmantel rope versions. heightec ELITE lanyards are the only lanyards on the market with an automatically deploying footloop. FLEXOR lanyards feature elasticated legs giving reduced stowage and leg length which, when not under load, reduces the snag and entanglement risk. Improves safety and enables longer lanyards to be used. Elasticated section will reduce to a third of its extended length.

Please note heightec have made corrections to the User Instructions for heightec connectors owing to an administrative error in the detail of Notified and Approved Body information included.
References to Notified Body (CE) / Approved Body (UKCA) were incorrectly indicated in a small number of instances.
The safety of the products and their markings are unaffected and were correct in all cases. We have now corrected the relevant User Instructions.
Where reference is made to CE0194 and CE0321 (Pre-Brexit Notified Body status) these are correct and reference the body responsible for conformity (Module D) when the item was placed on the market.
More recently, post-Brexit, both Notified Bodies have become Approved Bodies under UKCA and have had their Notified Body (CE) status removed.
All products placed on the market after this change will indicate UKCA 0194 and UKCA 0321.
