Rope Access Site Awareness course gives an overview of rope access operations and how the site should be managed when this activity is taking place.
ISO22846 Parts 1&2 is utilised to create a risk-based approach to rope access operations.
The equipment and associated techniques are exhibited, demonstrating good and bad practice.
The Rope Access Site Awareness course reviews previous incidents to highlight areas of concern when managing the site, followed by rescue planning and implementation options.

Safety footwear required for all practical sessions.
It is the participant/booker’s responsibility to ensure that all relevant pre-requisites are met to attend this course and that the evidence is provided on the first day of the course e.g. in-date certificates for revalidation courses. Failure to meet any of these pre-requisites may result in the participant being asked to leave the course. No refund will be given in this event.
