Our Work at Height in Entertainment Industry – Revalidation course reviews a range of skills needed for theatre technicians needing to access, climb and rescue from structures typically found within the entertainment industry. Course includes the use of both fall protection and work positioning equipment.

Our Work at Height for riggers & stage workers course covers:
- Selection, care and maintenance of equipment.
- Climbing techniques, ladders and structures.
- Restraint, work positioning, fall arrest systems.
- Emergency procedures
- Rescue after a fall
The practical skills covered in this course include:
- Safe use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Competent rescue of a casualty from a structure
- lowering of a casualty
- competent rescue of a casualty after a fall
- Ensuring safety of self and all others
Safety footwear required for all practical sessions.
It is the participants/bookers responsibility to ensure that all relevant pre-requisites are met to attend this course and that the evidence is provided on the first day of the course e.g. in-date certificates for revalidation courses. Failure to meet any of these pre-requisites may result in the participant being asked to leave the course. No refund will be given in this event.
